As our Landlord you will choose the term of your contract leaving us to manage your property for a time frame that suits you from one year to five years.
We will agree a rental amount with you which will be guaranteed even if your property is vacant.
Our referral team in conjunction with our referral partners and agencies will source a suitable tenant and ensure the property meets all required regulations.
Rent will be paid direct to you every month whilst you benefit from our bespoke full management service which includes dealing with tenant queries and ensuring your property is fully compliant.
At the end of the tenancy Letting Hub London’s experienced maintenance team will carry out any required repairs to ensure your property is handed back to you in the same condition it was in when the tenancy commenced.
